I love the Sauna, and elliptical and the members are so friendly. I love walking around the track with my headphones in. They have tables and chairs around the lobby where you can eat your food or talk to friends. Sometimes, they have the commercial coffee pot available, catering to your needs so that you can enjoy tea or coffee while entertaining your friends.
Also, all of their employees are very helpful and friendly.
Attended the Active Seniors class. Linda the instructor provided a great workout and kept us laughing too. This made the class so much fun!
Not crowded at particular times
The people are friendly. The building is kept up. The water is maintained well with chemicals. I can usually schedule my swim time.
Great facility with lots of options for exercise
I like being able to attend any classes for no extra charge, and I like the people. There are cheaper gyms but I appreciate the community aspect of the Y.

I attend the water exercise class and AOA class on occasion. Marieta is so energetic and it motivates me to push myself. The locker room cleanliness has improved since the sewer flies were eliminated.
