Love the salon. My daughter feels so pampered wirh the shampoo and head massage, it’s a great experience for her. They did a wonderful job interpreting her vision for her cut. Totally nailed it. Friendly staff.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Amber was phenomenal. She understood exactly what I wanted done with little explanation. She was great to talk to and I can't wait to come back to see her. Everyone upon arrival was very courteous and I really appreciated the extra protective measures put in place which made me feel very comfortable and ease any worry I may have had before my appointment. Thank you for the wonderful experience Rize Salon. You officially have a new loyal customer in me!

With Covid

Thank you for the flexibility with rescheduling till I felt comfortable going in.

Did not worry about getting sick when I did make it in. Max precautions were taken. Everyone was compliant with hand washing, mask wearing, and surface cleaning procedures. I felt safe and confident that I was not going to bring any illness home.

With the stay home order it ended up being a long time since my last cut so I needed a major cut. The salonist took her time and did a thorough job to reshape the style.

I was able to get in when I called. I am usually on the waitlist because I don’t book ahead. As always, Emily did a fantastic job with my highlights.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

This salon has always been exceptional with how they take care of their clients. My hairdresser listens very well, and never cuts too much length off! (This seems to be a reoccurring problem elsewhere for me personally). Recently the salon has adopted very strict, but easy to follow COVID guidelines that make clients feel safe but also welcome. I love this salon!

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Kenzie did a wonderful job on my hair! I‘ve recurved so many compliments on my hair color. She did a balayage and it looks amazing! I haven’t had this done ever and the last time I colored my hair was 6 years ago. I’ll definitely be going to her for my next color!
