I love the attention to detail at this salon. All the stylists listen to what I want from my service and make sure they deliver the best cut and color they can.

Lori does the best haircuts, and if I ever have a problem with one, she always makes it right. I wanted a little more off the back this time, so she had me come back the next day and she fixed it for me. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a great precision cut, done with extra care and attention to detail.

Always friendly. My schedule is always crazy so I've seen a few different stylists and they always do a great job. The staff that welcomes you is always nice and accomodating.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Tell customers in ahead prices or services charges change before to get to the front door or time to pay.
I got this time 197 charges last minute.
Angie said she add extra layers of blond in the back with ask permission, she just charged in the end and explained in the end.

Also, I know everyone is worry about safety, which I appreciate it, but that does mean that we are going to be sharp or short with people.
Front office is doing a great job conducting and following safety instructions, but they can be more invited, welcoming.
