How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I have been going to the salon for quite some time…and really liked it…however…this year I have experienced 2 issues: (neither appointments were with who I usually go to but I would like to believe there is a level of confidence I could have in anyone there…)

1). A terrible haircut/brassy color
2) a terrible color

When one is paying in excess of $200.00 it is difficult to justify continuing when the haircut is choppy, color is brassy and in another visit…a really important visit just before my sons wedding…I paid for highlights which you could not see as well as covering up the gray…which I could not do the updo I was planning on for my hair due to not bringing any spray color since I had just had my hair colored & therefore I did not look very nice for the wedding/pictures/mother/son dance.

I would say I’d like my hair colored again properly but I would rather have my money back due to feeling extremely distrustful now. Coloring hair is hard on it so that is not really an option.. my only choice is to start doing it myself…I was so tired but I know she added something to it when she was washing it out…did she let me process too long? There is so much gray in it still…just so humiliating & frustrating…it was such an important occasion. I shy’d away from pictures. I became a recluse in the kitchen and did dishes most of the time because I was so embarrassed…

What did you like most about your salon experience?

A Salon is the best. I have been working with Cassie for over 5 years and have been happy with her work. She listens to me and has the skills to give me what I need. The salon itself is clean and the personnel are friendly and helpful.

I have been a client for 18 yrs and although I live in the mountains now, the drive down is worth it. Emily is the absolute BEST !!! I can’t go anywhere else bc no one compares to her level of skill, knowledge, and techniques. The atmosphere is full of positivity and love. I’m very gratefully for these women!
