What did you like most about your salon experience?

Ambiance and service.

However, I was passed over for free hand massage while having hair washed even though person next to me had two individuals massaging each of her hands. Wondering why I didn't qualify for the same service.

I was a bit tardy for my appointment, so wondering if I was being punished.

Visiting A Salon is always such a great experience. They always greet you by name, are very accommodating and are always very friendly. The atmosphere has a great vibe and is always clean. All of their stylists are friendly and do a great job. Whether it's me or my daughter, we always have a great experience.

What did you like most about your salon experience?

Austin listens! He's also very thorough. Sometimes though, when he uses a straight razer on my neck, the pressure is a little high. Last time I was bleeding when I left and had scabs on my neck for a couple of days. Other than that, he does a great job :)

What could we do to improve?

I was left "processing" my foiled color for almost 1.5hr. That's too long. I left with my hair wet and unstyled because I couldn't stay any longer---yet I was still charged full service price.

1) I've had my hair colored for years and know that processing the color does not take that long. I appreciate that hairdresser needs to squeeze in clients while other clients are processing but when it's stretching into 1.5 hrs---that's a bit much. A cut/foil should take appx 2hrs - 2.5hrs at most. My appt started at 12:15pm and I finally left at 3pm with wet hair.

2) If I choose not to stay for the blowout and style---especially due to time factors that I had no control over----the price should be adjusted accordingly.

Hey Trisha thank you for your comments. We use a Vegan color line (Aveda) and while your correct about usually processing times can be shorter there are some cases where this isn't so. This would be due to your desired results. We work very hard to make sure we get you to were you want to be with the integrity of your hair in tacked.
