Entire staff is kind, helpful and extremely welcoming. Prices are competitive and they offer every treatment for any concern. I had some questions about treatment and they were very knowledgeable and informative. Most of all, they were not pushy at all. I booked my treatment immediately after my consultation and was treated a few minutes after. I will be coming here from now!
They really know what they are selling and how to effectively apply it to get the best results! Went in for a free consultation to address a minor concern and they not only set me up with great advice but matched me with an incredibly talented injector who did absolute magic in 20 mins! I was impressed and relieved that this place actually has staff that is well trained! I was super nervous to get someone with little experience but it was thankfully the completely opposite! She was super precise and catered my treatment to align with my goals! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone that wants to be refreshed in all the right ways!

I recently had a procedure with Ashlin at the Upper East Side location. She was cordial and very proficient with my treatment. She explained everything and was very gently. I left feeling happy, Bianka and Omaira at the front desk are always friendly, accommodating, hospitable and willing to help any way they can. This environment is also beautifully immaculate and tranquil. I love visiting both offices.

I recently visited BEAUTYFIX in West Hartford for Botox treatment under my eyes to target the “jelly roll” area. Finding the location was easy, and parking was convenient—definitely a plus.
The space itself is beautifully decorated. While the receptionist wasn’t particularly warm or energetic, she wasn’t rude either—just more reserved than I expected for a client-facing role.
The highlight of my visit was the provider who performed the treatment. She was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I felt completely comfortable in her care, and she explained everything clearly, which helped me relax throughout the process.
I’m currently on day two post-treatment and understand that results typically take up to two weeks, as she explained. I’m looking forward to seeing the final outcome.
Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would definitely return for future treatments.

It's super clean, convenient for me, technicians are knowledgeable and gentle. I was there yesterday and Marianna who was filling in for someone was incredible. She helped me figure out exactly what I wanted, she was fast exact and I had no bruising. I thought the pricing was fair. I received an existing patient discount, I've been coming here for several years, this is the first time I got a discount for that. Nice to see customer loyalty is valued because unfortunately it's usually about new patients only so that was a really nice surprise.

So far everyone has been friendly and professional. What I can respect the most is when clients share what their wishes are, the clinicians are open and honest enough to say either yes that will work/is realistic or no, with what you want done, dont expect to see a drastic change. I would rather honesty then a "Yes man" just to make a quick buck. So far, so good.
