From the front desk, to the consultants, to the aestheticians, the customer service is top-notch. They make you feel so welcome and special from the phone all the way through you leaving the building. I love their membership plan. You'd think a company wouldn't push you to actually use it (money for nothing) but they do and not sparingly. The aestheticians (I've used various ones) are well-skilled in knowing how much and exactly where any treatment is needed. They listen to what exactly what you're after and deliver. I nearly cancelled my membership so that I could find a MedSpa closer to where I live for convenience. However, after my last visit, and after seeing the results of that trip, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I love everything about this place! Especially, how well the wrinklefix works!! Rosetta does an amazing job and the results are so natural! I can never go anywhere else! With the membership programs, it makes my 3 month visits affordable and it doesn't feel like I'm breaking the bank!
