I am completely addicted to going to my Y - a great addiction!! I love the wide variety of classes, the GREAT teaching staff and the sense of community I feel whenever I go there. I feel healthy and strong, which is wonderful! I would highly recommend to anyone who reads this and who keeps meaning to go to the Y but keeps putting it off, try one new class a week until you find something that you enjoy and then keep going back for more. Laurie-Sue Rodrigues is an amazing director and has put together a team of fantastic teaching staff.

This is the BEST Y in the area - in every way!!
The Y I go to has a half Olympic size pool, which is hard to come by at other workout facilities.
It is convenient and has many programs for all ages.
