I like the program offerings and the Staff at LVO location. Everyone is willing to help you. This makes up a LOT for the difficulty navigating the Web-site (LOL) . I enjoy the classes my grandchildren and I attend.

The Facility is well run, equipment in good condition , staff very helpful, and a large variety of exercise options and classes.

Clean, friendly, regular people working out, tons of free classes

The place is great, the only drawback is the gentleman in the office of the workout room, I believe his name is Keith, was not helpful at all. I asked him about tracking my workouts and signing on the different machines and he told me they didn’t. But going through the app it shows other members progress. When asked about a certain machine, the stair master, he never explained which muscles it was good for or how to use the computer on it. He said to just get on it and walk up the stairs. For someone who was to be giving an orientation it was not helpful at all.

Great facility, well patronized, friendly people...parking can sometimes be an adventure!

From the front desk person to the woman who helped me navigate my insurance coverage, the whole experience was delightful. I also felt that the members I encountered truly wanted to help me get adjusted to machines in the gym. It was my first experience ever in a gym, and it was great. Also, the cleanliness was obvious. Thank you to all!!

Fabulous programs and pools. I also have an exercise trainer who is awesome. The gym is large and there always people to help out if needed.

It's family friendly and very convienent. Plan on using the Y more now than ever. .
