We rejoined the Ipswich Y after Covid and we have enjoyed exercising throughout the year despite the weather. The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially the woman at the front desk who greets us every time. We love the new treadmills, spin bikes and pickle ball indoors, We look forward to trying some classes and bringing our family to the new water park. Our fitness level has increased and we are motivated to continue. The Y is really better than ever!

It is a community gym. It is friendly and I have been a member for many years and even worked at the YMCA in the past. I live 5 minutes away, that is the most important thing, the proximity to my home makes it easy to go every day as part of my normal daily routine.
My son lives Camp Cedar Mil. He loves the pool and Gaga pit the most!!

I initially spoke w/ Aynsley Harrington in Beverly and even though she doesnt work out of Ipswich she still took the time to anwser all of my questions and connected me with the people in Ipswich. People like her make the Y great to work with!

Hours and activities
Friendly and classes are okay level.
The children are active, making friends and swimming. My daughter loves it! I would like to just like to say one thing about Camp Cedar Mill - the pickup is oftentimes very difficult and the wait times have been lengthy. I wonder if they can make that make that more aligned at the end of the day. There are a couple of days when I got there around 4, but waited far back in line for about 15 minutes before I was able to pick up my daughter.
