We had a great experience at the splash pad initially however the guest policy was not clear on the website and while we understand the need to cut down on non-member attendance due to space limitations, since we did not exceed the total number of paying members present that day, I believe we should have been permitted to enter. We have a 2-adult 1-child membership and I (adult) wanted to spend an hour there with my son on the account (child) and my mom (in place of my husband, adult) but since her name wasn’t on the list she wasn’t allowed to enter.
People are nice, helpful. We live in Beverly and are able to take advantage of the Marblehead and Ipswitch Y's as well.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The indoor and outdoor pool are a fantastic place to spend time and have my daughter expend her energy.
