Very well organized, coaches knew the kids' names right away which makes it feel much more personal. Coaches are great with the kids, super supportive. Great mix of skills, instruction, practice, and "games."

I like how there are many classes available after work hours, which is great for working parents to not have to fit all activities on the weekend. I also like the small class size and the instructors have been great - my daughter is 3.5 and I know the preschool age group can sometimes be hard in organized lessons, but the swim instructors have done an amazing job of making it fun for the kids while still having them learn correct swimming techniques, safety, etc. My daughter asks about going back to her swimming lesson all week!

The new director at Silver Hill has been amazing! He greets the students every morning by name and makes sure communication is fluid! The entire staff has been welcoming and greeting parents and students as well when they arrive which helps with early morning drop offs!

I love what the YMCA stands for whether it be in Plaistow or Haverhill. I prefer Plaistow because it’s closer to home.
I especially love my class. My instructor Wendy gives me confidence because she believes in me and makes me believe in myself. She makes me push myself successfully.
That’s quite a feat to deliver to a senior citizen!
And all the meet and greeters in the front like Valerie, Laura, Cody, etc. always make me feel happy when I enter the door.

The staff members are both helpful and friendly. There are many choices of activities and exercise classes and equipment. Truly a family place.

I think the Y has a nice variety of activities and classes available to all ages of people.

The financial support the Y offer to everyone I would not have been able to enrolled my girls in any sport with out the flexible price support.Thanks to the flexible pricing offer my granddaughters are able to do the sport they enjoy doing.the girls look forward to see every week the friendly staff at the YMCA

The front desk people are very friendly! I did the Arobic Swimming and Michelle was wicked nice and patient with me while I was trying to do all the exercises. All the women are very friendly and made me feel welcomed!!!

Transition to Kindergarten has been seamless. Great communication from the program.

This place is fantastic for engaging in various activities with your family. The children's learning center is excellent, offering a range of programs that foster creativity and education. I enjoyed the swimming classes, which were well-structured and catered to different skill levels. Overall, my experience here has been wonderfully positive, providing memorable opportunities for bonding and learning with my loved ones.

My son just started at a new location, so far we are loving ii. He seems to love it and they have many activities. The staff have also helped a lot with this transition. I definitely recommend them.
