There are many group programs and weight machines. The pool is great too for exercise and exercise.

The dedicated and compassionate team at Goldenhill YMCA consistently goes above and beyond to provide a nurturing and educational environment for the children under their care.
Employees are always very welcoming when I go and pick up my daughter. Every time I pick her up she always has a smile on her face and tells me how great her day was at the YMCA after school care.

I love that the program teaches the kids how to be respectful, how to build friendships, how to problem solve and how to work on teamwork. These are very important skills that the kids need for real life problems.
I like the activities they prepare for the kids and they care for the kids. Also try to help families out

The staff are very friendly and helpful!
Love the swimming classes and instructors but would like a little more communication before class about what to expect so I can prepare my child. Also, step stools in the family changing room would be nice so little ones can reach the sinks to wash their hands. Thanks.

Everyone is extremely nice to you and make you feel welcome. The facility is very clean and the Y offers a lot of classes for everyone. I am so happy I joined!! So far I have taken advantage of the pool but next I’m going to add in the the gym equipment. Overall the biggest thing is you are made to feel so welcome!
