Exceptional staff, safe and enriching environment.

The staff is great and always have lots of activities for the kids to do

The program is great.

The Seeds to Grow program is fantastic. Every time I pick my child up she’s smiling and having so much fun. They do a lot of great activities with the kids. The staff are also so kind and my child LOVES them.

I appreciate that there is a regular schedule of activities

I love playing pickleball at the Y so I would recommend it for that reason.

I have had both my children there. They take great care of my babies and have treated them like their own. My son has learned so much and grown in all milestones since starting last year.

Experienced instructors, small class size, individual attention, making learning fun!

Love that you offer Women’s floor hockey.

Helps in the morning when I need to be to work by 8:00 am

As I've said many times before the YMCA is a valuable resource for your family! My son has been going to the program for years and I could not live without their programs. The staff are top notch and honestly I can't think of a thing that they could improve upon they are all great!

There seem to be more and more programs and classes geared to older adults. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. The staff at the front desk is always welcoming. It's a clean and enjoyable environment.

I am an adult user of the Haverhill YMCA facility. I appreciate the organized adult programs. What I have noticed when walking throughout the facility is the overall respect for the kids by your staff. The kids are always engaged in healthy activities with much adult interaction.
Suggestion: save money by shutting down the heat during hockey games. We are sweltering during the games. Such a waste of resources.
Thank you.

Convenient location, usually plenty of parking, I like the sports offered, Refs are great. Cost is affordable.

Coaches are very friendly and always make sure every kid has the opportunity for improvement. My son loves going to his classes

I truly appreciate and admire all staff hard work with my children. It has not been easy and I see the staff has always been so nice and supportive. Thank you. Y'all rock !

the staff and flexabilaty

Variety of activities, friendly staff

The communication this school year (2Phone number removed) has been incredible. I do feel like there is a more controlled environment in the morning program. As much as student behaviors can be hard to manage I do feel like situations are handled with more focus and immediate attention than in the past. Communication home is clear and open as well.

It's the only quiet gym left in MA, possibly in all the world.

Professional & friendly staff. Welcoming entrance.

Friendly, helpful staff

I like knowing my son is at a safe structured caring environment. I have zero worries or concerns but I know he is there
