It has everything I want. I use the green mats a lot and I get to do my own thing.

I think its great but I do not think children under a certain age should be allowed to use machines in the fitness room without adult supervision and orientation.

The staff is very friendly. I enjoyed a week to see how much I liked it.
Celia kept in touch with me and Laurie the lifeguard was friendly and welcoming.
The pool in the locker rooms look incredibly clean. I’m looking forward to working out there.

Because the facility reminds me of a small village having to know everyone there. Very easy navigate the place.

Clean, inexpensive, and aquatic classes included. The pool has treadmills, cycles, trampolines, poles, weights- all designed to use in the pool.

Great variety of classes, beautiful clean and new facility, great instructors and very welcoming feel. We are new to the area and haven't been Y members in well over 20 years. We are impressed!

There is a wonderful sense of community in the classes and encouragement. It is a pleasure to be a part of this community and to benefit from exercise. The instructors are great at working with us and are sensitive to our needs. They make exercise work.
