The Y has something for everyone. It's the best facility in the area for community gathering, wellness and fitness. My requests: 1. Reinstall the time clocks in the pool for training purposes. They've been gone for two months. Too long. I started going to the pool at the Beverly Y. 2. Please complete the work in the women's locker room asap. Too many women use the pool in the AM and the community locker room cannot accommodate us all in the AM. Again, I'll probably use the Beverly pool this month due to the locker room issue.

Everything is excellent

I love the classes. I love how clean you keep the Y the girl who cleans it is always on top of everything. The classes are fresh and new and has quite a bit to pick from. It’s my happy place.

I'm 86yrs old & feel I need continual exercise & the 'Y' gives me that chance to remain healthy. Many different cardio & weight equipment available for me to maintain my goals.

It's clea, well run and a great place for yoga.

So many wonderful activities for the children and so many friends to make! The camp counsels guide the children to behave and enjoy their stay at the camp.

Cape Ann is the best run Y in our area. Aqua staff (especially Ruth & Vanessa) are outstanding, The young lady who cleans the locker rooms is phenomenal. The other Y's should be so clean.

My only suggestion is to focus on the front desk staff. I needed help locating an instructor a while back and neither Cindy (I I think that's her name), nor the young woman with the dark hair, could have helped less. They made absolutely no effort to assist me. Told me to go upstairs and walk around. The young woman never looked up from her phone. Not professional at all. I don't think staff should be on their mobile phones when a customer is present..........call it old school, but customer service still matters.
