The Y is a nice and friendly place. The Pool is clean. The sauna is the best there is. Looking
always forward going there. Very convenient parking. Your most friendly associate is CELIA.

The Y provided me with a place to rehab after a total knee replacement in April 2021. I was in poor physical shape to begin, but have worked my way back using the fitness center. The staff have been encouraging and supportive throughout and I am grateful. Now I am more physically fit than years ago. Thanks, Y!!

Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

I like the classes for yoga & pilates. It is always clean and a lot of natural light. I appreciate the price for an individual membership, as my budget wouldn't allow for much more. however I wish the steam room was working. the staff is helpful and nice.

Open airy and clean facilities, friendly knowledgeable staff, modern up- to- date equipment kept clean and in excellent working order. (I have not yet attended any group exercise programs- but I hope to soon)

Amazing facility- open, well lit, great pool, wonderful classes, welcoming staff, superb instructors, lots of classes to choose from. Love the cafe too! A wonderful, motivating and nurturing space for developing and maintaining strong, healthy bodies, minds, spirits, and habits as well as a lovely place to foster relationships. Thank you!
