Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

Cape Ann YMCA is very friendly and uplifting, with a variety of activities for any age, a real community place. The staff is excellent, professional, friendly and helpful.

The only drawback for recommendation would be the size of the exercise classes at 10;30, they are usually overcrowded and therefor not always as enjoyable as they could be.

Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

The pool at the Y is beautiful and I rarely have to share a lane. My husband works out on the equipment. We also enjoy the Cafe. The new Y is a gorgeous facility with many offerings for all kinds of interests. I highly recommend it!

As a participant of the Live Strong Program, I had the opportunity to have Chelsey and Nate as trainers. They both are very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and patient. And I can’t say enough about the new facility! It’s so welcoming.

Joe Dapper and Celia Sanfillippo were both friendly and professional, and made the sign up process easy. There was no pressure to join, and my wife and I were even provided a 2-week trial before making any commitment.

It has been a couple of weeks so far, and we please with our experience. Thank you.

What do you like about our program and activities?

The staff really promotes inclusivity, and the activities they provide for the children are very engaging. Everyone has been great about being accommodating to my son’s specific health needs and are always open to feedback. We love the Y!
