2. Hours of operation
3. Professional, knowledgeable and all but one friendly staff
4. Price for value (scope of equipment) and facilities available

Why are you so likely to recommend the Y?

The workers are wonderful and informative. Will Lai, my swim instructor is excellent! The only drawback of this Y is the community locker room. It's cleanliness is not up to par and being the only woman in there at times with some huge male basketball players is a bit unnerving! Not a great idea!

Everyone I spoke to at the Y was friendly and helpful and seemed like they really wanted to help me get what I wanted. I did not feel like I was a bother to them and so far the services have been fantastic. Thank you so much.

Beverly Y is great. Staff are wonderful and operations are very well done. Problems are addressed immediately and they inform members of changes, issues, etc.
