WE love the Gymnastics area. The Mind Body Studio was great. Wish it was not next to the gym as it got a little loud at some points.

It is a very clean modern facility with lots to offer. The staff is great and there is a wide variety of activities to choose from and plenty of parking etc at a reasonable fee.

They have great facilities, including a spectacular pool for our use, plus trainers and quality fitness programs to boot! And the membership fees are very affordable! This is a great YMCA with friendly personnel! 10 our of 10 recommend!

The swimming classes for infants and school children are great and a good way of building a positive relationship with swimming in the water. They build confidence in children as swimmers.

We love the YMCA! It’s been a life saver as a Mom to be able to stay active and utilize Kids Club for my boys age 3 and 5! I only wish our family had joined sooner!
Reasonable monthly cost to join and access to exercise equipment/classes, pools, gymnastics and basketball facilities, health programming, et al.
The staff have been helpful and friendly. Ainsley and William (swim instructor) have been wonderful to work with. They are the reason for to keep coming to the Y.

Despite the high membership cost for a couple I would recommend for the wide variety of programs offered, the great pool, the gyms, the studios and the newest equipment for working out. The additions to the old Sterling Center have increased the exercise floor area and added great natural lighting. The staff is consistently welcoming and helpful. The Sterling Center is my happy place!
