Excellent facility with lots of up to date strength and cardio equipment. The variety of staff training sessions and the entire aquatics center with 50meter lap lanes is a huge asset to my fitness needs. Lastly, I meet some terrific members there who become great friends over the years.

Many different kinds of equipment to satisfy all types of body improvements. There are many different programs & personal to help with any health achievements you want to achieve. All employees have a positive attitude which help to make your golds possible.
We love the infant and toddler rooms (no experience with other grades yet!) and the enrichment activities such as gymnastics and the structure of the overall day.
It’s my happy place. A wonderful facility. The pool is the best. As are the water aerobics instructors. Absolutely the best.

Accommodating to kods who need extra time to transition, have a regular schedule, plans for "fun" days or activities including theme days, even pajama day! My son feels he is part of a team!
I love that our kids get to have a variety of fun activities to do and they often want to stay come pick up time :) That's great to know that they're enjoying themselves!
