TRX classes! More, please! Like many in my age bracket, I struggle with balance issues, and the TRX system gives me the stability and safety to get a fantastic workout.

Fabulous new facility… yoga room was perfect with design and lighting… and the Yoga instructor named Leeann is what attracted me to begin with. I followed Leeann from Salem YMCA. She is the best!

My daughter loves and respects all the couches she has been part of the team for 3 seasons now. She has grown so much not only as a gymnast but also as a young lady. She has really came out of her shell
Team coaches are amazing! They strike the perfect balance between compassion and discipline. Their kindness creates a supportive environment where the girls feel encouraged, while their firm yet fair approach keeps them motivated and focused on their goals. They have helped by daughter grow not only in her skills but also in her confidence and resilience.
My daughter (12 year old) has been a gymnast on the competitive team since she was 5. The coaches have been amazing. I know she is always in good hands and she has grown so much through their mentoring. She has made such a core group of friends that she will have for life. The coaches are so knowledgeable! Their focus isn’t just winning, but sportsmanship and integrity. Other programs would have pushed my daughter through levels, but the Y ensures each gymnast has a strong foundation which keeps them safe.
It’s a great facility with excellent amenities. I was however disappointed that the basketball court was completely populated with 16 to 20 somethings, when I was there for a supposed 50 and over league. The schedule read as such and there was not a single such person there, other than me. I was hoping to catch on with some group, to get my needed dosage of basketball on a regular basis. I realize that this is not something that the Y can control but I had high hopes. It doesn’t take away from the great facility and what it otherwise provides, though.
Beautiful facility, fun class, easy to drive in
The coaches are very professional and frindly with our kids. My daughter loves going to gymnastics there. This is her 4-th year going there.
