We’ve only had two visits for Huey so far and already are delighted with everything and everyone at Dogtopia. Best decision we have ever made. I shall try to recruit other friends with dogs to try Dogtopia.

Every interaction with staff is positive and makes me feel confident about leaving our dogs in their care. The communication is great, using the app is easy but there's always someone available if I have questions. Having the cameras is great and even when we peak in during daycare the staff is always loving on and interacting with the pups.

I love that the staff knew my pet’s name from her very first visit and they always greet us with a smile and friendly hellos when we arrive. Every time. I also appreciate they know who my pet is before I even say anything when arriving to pick her up. True customer service and caring for the pets entrusted to them is clearly evident.

Staff is very nice and professional. Staff is also very "flexible" which is just great for us as things right now can be hectic and unpredictable. It is a big relief to have a "safe haven" for Tilly when we need it.

Most importantly, Tilly loves to go to DogTopia. (She is a very good judge of character!) I know she is well cared for and safe. That is everything!

Friendly no problems

All the staff is so friendly not just to me, but to my dog. He is so excited when the car pulls up to Dogtopia! They always greet us and give him lots of pats and belly rubs before they even take him to the back to play. I am always asked if I want him to have his usual Medium Kong peanut butter snack at break time. I am glad we have a place that is clean, pleasant and has conscientious staff that I trust to take care of my beloved dog. I know when I come back to pick him up from boarding that he has been well cared for and I can relax when I have to leave him. I love that I can see him in his playroom on the webcam anytime except nap time and end of play day.

We just started using Dogtopia’s daycare service, but are already extremely satisfied with their customer service. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. We are excited to watch our girl Chia flourish here ☺️
