I love that the staff is actually interactive with the dogs and doesn’t just sit in a chair all day! They know dogs by name and know their temperament. They seem to genuinely care about each dog. It’s great for my dog, he comes home at the end of the day and is completely wiped out!

Everyone is so friendly and professional. My dog never feels anxious when I drop him off and that makes me feel comfortable knowing he’s ok.

We absolutely love the staff there, they are always so helpful, remember us and our dog, go out of their way to make things easier and are so helpful. There are tons of fun extras always going on. And I absolutely love that there is someone in the play rooms with the digs all the time and the video cameras.

We have always thought very highly of the staff and service at Dogtopia-South Summerlin. This last week, they helped me out in a crunch and hadn't seen my dogs in several months. The staff remembered who I was and all three of my dogs. The staff is so kind, pleasant, and helpful. My dogs love going there and it is obvious they are well cared for and loved.

Friendly staff. Easy app to use. What I would change is better supervision in romper room. Our dog comes home with gashes in her leg at times. Could be scratches or bites.

The staff is awesome, I always know that my fur baby is safe and well cared for. He absolutely loves going to play. It’s a fun and happy environment and the schedule is so flexible! It’s also great knowing that I can board him whenever needed and he we be in a familiar environment.

The team at Dogtopia obviously LOVES dogs! They treat our fur babies like royalty and we trust them wholeheartedly with their care. We have a wellness plan so our doggies attend twice weekly and it is the absolute highlight of their week -- and when they get home they are wonderfully exhausted from a fun day of play. The new PitPat trackers are amazing as well; it's so fun to see how many steps those little legs take when they're having a blast at Dogtopia!!

Friendly staff. They greet me and my dog by name whenever we are coming or going. Prices are very reasonable. Groomer Kelsey is the best we have ever been to! There are always fun things going on; photo shoots, special treat days, etc. My dog absolutely LOVES it here!!
