My experience was great. The studio was clean and the staff was very welcoming. I took a class with Lanise. I was beyond impressed with her skill, knowledge and creative sequencing. I really enjoyed class. I look forward to taking classes there again.

It’s very impressive 🙏 I had a truly worthwhile experience in my life during my initial yoga participation 🙏 with the instructor’s leadership of Ms. Cynthia which is very comforting and high tolerance towards us who are newcomers in this area of healthcare. We wish to thank the management for giving us the beginning incentive that inspires us to try in this journey for better health and come to that realization that indeed health is wealth. Your other programs inspires us to share to our other buddies. As to the price it’s very reasonable and affordable plus awesome staff working sincerely to promote and uphold the message of “Good Health”, 🙏. Thank you 🌺
Loved the instructor for HPF and checkin was seamless. I do wish there was a no cell phone policy during class, since it was distracting people were on their phones during the middle of class.

Isabella was an amazing instructor at the Lake View location - she made everyone feel personally welcome, made sure they had the correct equipment and was doing well throughout the class and after. She was great at both demonstrating and explaining the movements for all levels of yoga competency - the class was not too slow or too fast or too hard or too easy.
The studio is also very clean and easy to get to!
I am very happy with CorePower South Loop. I particularly enjoy my practices with Kim, Bill, Erin and Brenda. The studio is always clean, healthy environment and always very welcoming.
I really enjoyed the three classes in one with Erin and the sculpt teacher. I’m sorry I can’t recall her name.
I would appreciate more reminders on not leaving during savasana. That would be good. I think we forget sometimes that others are in their space and it’s disruptive when you can feel/hear the rustle of gathering stuff to leave.

I had to put my monthly membership on hold due to a surgery yesterday. I snuck in 2 yoga last week and they were both terrific-Sabrina and Maddy. We had a bit of a threatening situation with some teenage boys on bikes at the end of class Weds night around 9:30 pm. Maddy handled it well.

Great teachers & studio
The roscoe village location is incredible and ALMOST all of the teachers have been amazing. They lead their classes with amazing energy and are so kind and welcoming. HOWEVER the big exception to that to me has been Dave Y. He leads HPF with so much apathy that it makes me not want to be there. He doesn’t do any of the flows and sounds like he’s reading off a monotonous script he memorized years ago and couldn’t care less about. He did not care at all to check in with students after class who had left the room frequently due to the heat. Really disappointing considering how amazing all of the other teachers are. I will continue to go back to this studio, but never to Dave’s classes.

When I come to West Loop there is such a concerned and welcoming atmosphere; the staff is very knowledgeable and aware of the needs of the trainees. The trainees have a commitment to each other and are always encouraging. West Loop is a family.
