Class options and multiple locations.
I usually toggle between west and south loop. South loop closed for renovations. Don’t love that the parking is expensive for the loop location
I know the studio was about to be renovated, but even before renovations the space was incredibly nice. Having mirrors on most walls was incredibly for checking my form and everyone was so friendly!!
Carmila's classes are the best! I have done over 200+ classes since November '23 and 90% of classes attended were taught by Carmila! I am healthy and very mobile thanks to C2 and Sculpt classes! Thank you!

One suggestion is to clean the area around were the heat comes from it’s been 2 weeks and iam still looking at a dust area !

I love this studio and I especially love Carmilla K, she’s the reason why I come to workout.
Katie's strength X on Tuesdays is so fun and I always feel like I get such a good upper body workout in.
I love the instructors and variety of class offerings. Everyone is so nice and accommodating to new people joining. I had a great experience during my free week and recently joined with an all access membership and am loving it.

Marissa is one of my favorite yoga teachers in the city and across the entire metro area. Her classes strike a beautiful balance between challenge and serenity. She has a unique gift for cultivating tranquility, even as you’re working through demanding poses. Practicing with her feels both grounding and uplifting.

Such an excellent class - Jamie taught a well-sequenced class, really cohesive with a nice squat mandala in the middle. Excellent command of the room, BPC, and use of a wide array of verbs.
I recently visited town for a friend's birthday and decided to attend a Yoga Sculpt class at this studio. Since I regularly attend classes at my home studio in VA, I thought I'd give this one a try. The studio itself was not only very nice, but the class was fantastic, and the instructor was wonderful! I got an awesome workout in before 10am. Thank you for the great experience!
Autumn is such a great teacher. She has excellent prompting for correct form snd motivation. Her classes are very rigorous but also extremely inspiring.

My daughter brought me as her guest for a class at Core Power Yoga while I was visiting her in Chicago. The instructor was high energy and lead the class well. It was my first time and I enjoyed the challenge and pace of the class.
