I did both C2 and HPF back to back, by the same instructor. They were both really solid classes and I had an outstanding workout. I'd gladly return next time I am in Chicago. The cityscape from the studio is also amazing.
It's easy to access when I'm visiting Chicago for work. The quality of the classes (this is my third class) is consistent, cueing is excellent, the asanas are well organized, and the instructors are professional. I've taken classes with three different instructors and had a great experience each time. I look forward to my next visit! Namaste

I truly love this studio, but it's now too far for me to travel. However, I want to give kudos to the best instructor, Autumn! I wish she would start teaching in the afternoon because I'm sure her classes would be extremely popular. Overall, I have a great experience every time I visit this location.

The Equinox 108 Sun Salutations class was WONDERFUL! Eric is one of my favorite CP teachers, and his music and guidance for this special class was outstanding. i also loved the location - it was my first time at the South Loop location, and the parking is convenient and the views are beautiful.

The studio seemed clean. The sequence was different and lovely: paced nicely for an early morning class but contained some accessible dynamic body strength drills within the flow that I hadn't experienced in other yoga classes. I had a tough time choosing between C2 and Sculpt and was happy for those gentle but challenging drills in the C2.
