I truly love this studio, but it's now too far for me to travel. However, I want to give kudos to the best instructor, Autumn! I wish she would start teaching in the afternoon because I'm sure her classes would be extremely popular. Overall, I have a great experience every time I visit this location.

The Equinox 108 Sun Salutations class was WONDERFUL! Eric is one of my favorite CP teachers, and his music and guidance for this special class was outstanding. i also loved the location - it was my first time at the South Loop location, and the parking is convenient and the views are beautiful.

The studio seemed clean. The sequence was different and lovely: paced nicely for an early morning class but contained some accessible dynamic body strength drills within the flow that I hadn't experienced in other yoga classes. I had a tough time choosing between C2 and Sculpt and was happy for those gentle but challenging drills in the C2.
