The staff had experienced losing a colleague the DAY before. The manager (Crystal) and her staff should be commended for doing a good job with the clients as emotional as it was for them. I got a very nice haircut but wanted you to know that Crystal and the entire staff should be recognized for doing a good job on a very, very tough day. Crystal was actually covering the shift of the employee who had passed away the day before. Fighting back the tears and emotions, she did her job and did it well. That’s a leader.
