The speed of getting to a chair and for the most part the stylists are great. Yesterday was an exception. An older lady cut my hair. I had never seen her before. She was distracted by the electronic board and the front door. She cut my hair with a part that I had never had and didn’t come in with. When she announced she was done I told her that wasn’t how I combed my hair. She replied “thanks for telling me”.
