the staff are always very friendly and make sure my cut is the way i like it. i frequent this location, and the store is always clean and never looks cluttered. the service is always done pretty quickly and wait times are hardly ever very long
I love how simple and easy it is. you have super cheep options, and even the higher tier options give you a lot of stuff, so I never feel bad about paying the money.
New chairs are comfortable and make it easier for me to get a beard trim. Staff is always very friendly. Vianey does a great job with my cut and beard trim. I like that I can get a neck trim for free. The on line check in through the app helps me plan my visit and I spend less time waiting in the salon. Almaz is a great store manager and cares about her customers and staff.

it's about 50/50, but when you have a great stylist that knows how to do an MVP then your services are outstanding.
Reasonable wait times, good customer service
Vianey has excellent customer service skills and always give me a great and consistent haircut. The owner, Almaz, is very attentive and treats us like family every time. She also cuts my hair when Vianey i snot around and also gives me a great haircut with same standard and consistency. I highly recommend the Sports clips Midway location in Farmers Branch.

My stylist was fantastic. I’ve been getting my haircut by the same person for the past ten years, but needed a haircut quick for an important meeting. I wasn’t sure how to tell her how to cut my hair, but she worked it out and it looked great!

Almaz at the Farmers Branch store is the absolute best representative for Sport Clips. She is personable and a terrific stylist. She is knowledgeable about the products and very informative about all the services.
Friendly employees that know what they’re doing. Check in was easy. Wait time was pretty short. I went to have a haircut and beard trim for a job interview. Haven’t cut my hair or beard in over three years.suffice to say both are very long and pretty shaggy. Nicole did a fabulous job. We talked about what I wanted done, and she did it! I lost about 14” of hair and 4” of beard and the result was better than I had hoped. Great haircut, pleasant conversation. All in all, a great experience. I will be back!
