People seem very eager to assist us with problems. Still not all problem fixed. Har to get info when asking. There seem to be a lagg between different dept don' t always get reply to querries. But things are moving along. And hopefully all will be resolved soon. There is also the fact that sometimes promisses are not kept was expecting information on a specific date but nothing arrived at the very least a note to say hey there is a delay would be nice.
I had a bad experience with the service writer however after one phone call to management it was rectifiers immediately. It's that kind of response that will keep me coming back and tell others.
