We were looking for specific floor plans. Reese was courteous and showed us trailers that met our requirements. The financial process went smoothly, explaining the process clearly. Orientation was thorough and well done. All and all, we were pleased with our experience.

Haven’t tested out the product yet but the people are very good to work with.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful in sales department, finance and the Service manager was very accomading to get our TV in for brake wiring before the long weekend.
We did have a issue with person who gave us our walk through though. We felt he was rushed and abrupt, we did not feel comfortable asking him questions, he kept saying its all in your manual. He also was pushing us to buy other products.

The sales person that I dealt with, Adam Kreutzer, was very friendly and was more than willing to help during the purchase of our new to us trailer. There was a few questions he could not answer but after checking with other staff members he came up with the answers.
The fellow that did the orientation on the trailer was very friendly and did a good job showing us the ins and outs of the trailer and helped out with any questions we had.
The only thing that I wasn't too pleased with was the fact that I had asked AdaJim Berlingerm when I was looking at the trailer if it had a gray water holding tank and was told he was sure it did. I forgot to follow up on that and during the orientation I found out it did not have one. There is a very good possibility that we would not have purchased the trailer had I followed up on that. That being said I am sure we will work around it and get many years enjoyment with our purchase.
I would like to thank all the staff that we met will dealing on the trailer. They seem like a very happy bunch.

Got excellent and efficient service in service department and the items we bought work excellent

Our Sales person Adam has been very helpful with every aspect of the buying of our 2022 Rockwood Mini Lite, and Dawn in the Finance dept has been very helpful getting us the financing for our new camper. We will be picking up our camper later on in June when we have our orientation. Looking forward to our our ongoing relationship with the staff at 4 seasons.

They went above and beyond for us with getting our vehicle in to service as we were picking up our trailer and having no power to the lights! They were all amazing and made buying a trailer a great experience!!
