They all say hello when entering at 9 am. My stylist did an excellent haircut again. She remembered me from past cuts. I enjoy the atmosphere, except the tv is always on a boring talking points sports show. Put on something else about sports , no talk show. I enjoy getting the VIP treatment.
The staff is amazing and very courteous. Never once have they messed up my hair and always leave me feeling good about the way I look when I leave!
Raigen is my preferred stylist and she does an amazing job hence the reason she is frequently booked up. If you haven’t already, give her a raise!! She is very courteous and professional and its clear she is passionate about customer service.

No not really I just go for a basic cut. My only only suggestion would be wish I could schedule an appointment then doing the first come first serve process. Overall the location I’ve gone to is clean and stylist do good job

Good quality products, I have bought a couple of them. Services is quick and friendly with the stylists knowing how you would like your haircut, i.e. clippers or scissors. If you would like a shampoo afterwards to clean up your hair.
