There are several Sport Clips near where I live, but I prefer this location and I think others do too because the wait time at this location is always longer than at other stores. Today I arrived and even though the app said I would have to wait 15 minutes Jlyssa took me back within a few minutes. She asked what I wanted and went right to it. She was fast, friendly, and did a great job. She also wasn't too pushy with the conversation like some stylists. I will try to make it a point to get Jlyssa next time.
I've used both the Seguin and New Braunfels locations, and Monica at the NB location is the only stylist that seems to be able to cut my hair correctly, and with ease. She is absolutely wonderful.

The MVP that I received today was relaxing and much needed. Barbara was the stylist that I have had for my last 2 visits and I will continue to have her cut my hair.

I really enjoy Raquel cutting my hair. She listens to my request, which makes me feel great. When she finishes I feel like a millionaire! She has recommended products for keeping my hair in good shape and I have accepted her wisdom and bought the products. I am happy and satisfied so far.
My only negative comment involves the TV Sports program that is always tuned in and showing in the shop. I do not like hearing the sports guesters on this or that about an althlete. They are not entertaining. We hear way to much criticisms and bad language everyday from TV to everyday life.
I would suggest playing a movie that most men would enjoy. ie. Top Gun Maverick, Gladiator, Chuck Norris, Steve Segal, etc.
