During my visit to the downtown location I enjoyed the waiting area decor! It gave sit down and relax vibes! I was greeted by my therapist London and enjoyed how informative they were! Once he started the treatment I felt relaxed and caught myself dozing in and out of sleep!

Will definitely book again with London and would love to try the lake austin location.

My therapist, Zacil, was phenomenal! I will definitely be back. One issue though is that the music volume kept going up and down which was distracting.

The massage therapists always do a great job, work super hard to provide as much pressure as I ask for and have an amazing ability to focus on problem areas I wasn’t even aware of. Seriously, I’ve had good massages at other places but no place is as consistently good as austin deep. If I get a new therapist from Austin deep I have a very high level of confidence they will be seriously good at their craft.

So relaxing! Perfect ending to a weekend vacation.

Best massage ever! Like the name suggests, it gets deeeeep. The pressure is phenomenal. So is the communication between therapist and client. I walked out feeling like a new person. Jacky was fantastic. I love the consistency - I've had a different therapist nearly every time I've gone, and I never have to worry about the quality. It's top-notch all the way across the board.
