Austin Deep was everything I was hoping it would be. A great environment to chill before getting my muscles worked on, which was great! I got special attention to an injury site and I'm feeling better about my range of motion as a result. I had great recommendations and some epson salt for a bath later! Amazing experience all around.

Naomi was AWESOME! She explained what she was doing throughout the whole service which was so helpful in getting me to understand why I am so tight. The lobby area is very cute and welcoming.

My only feedback would be that the position of the front desk is a little confusing. It was intimidating to walk in and not see a staff member there to greet me.

Wonderful, friendly, professional staff! Excellent service. Very satisfied.

Kelsey was great as usual. The valet parking was absolutely essential in my mind. My only complaint would be the open ceilings in the rooms made it feel less private, noisier, draftier etc. than the rooms at Lake Austin Blvd.

Wonderful massage, fantastic ease of scheduling, super communicative therapist who really listened.

I have never had a bad therapist at A.D, your business is very lucky to have such talented and lovely employees who genuinely care about their clients and their experience. I have been there many times in a lot of pain and every time I have been met with compassion and kindness - it's been a wonderful experience.

That being said, I recently visited your new Downtown location and I have to say that the open ceilings are very silly. I had to listen to another client's conversation with thier therapist my entire 60 minute session - she was impossibly loud. Her therapist was clearly being courteous and trying to edge the conversation quieter in a polite way but she was not interested - it was punishing especially since I was there for pain relief and 1 hour away from my baby. In short, it was very un-relaxing and annoying.

I have heard from other clients of yours that they feel the same way about that location. I will never go back to the downtown location again (unless it's an emergency situation) due to this. I highly recommend that you rethink this layout, it in all honesty looks silly and it does nothing but reduce the positive experience. If I were a new client who had never been to your other location, you would have lost me as a customer. I would hate for that to happen to you, your business is wonderful.

Absolutely incredible experience with Abel. He was kind, made me very comfortable and informed me on things I could do to prevent from getting so many stress/ athletic knots. 10/10 would rec :D

I was actually chased by a homeless guy in a top hat who was driving on a scooter while downtown, and then I was splattered from head to toe with water from a storm drain per a truck that hugged the curb of the road next to me. It was a comedy skit. The staff at Austin Deep was suuuuuper nice in helping me get cleaned up. I clearly needed a massage to relax, and Naomi gave me a great one. In fact, I always get good massages at Austin Deep. I've recommended it to several friends.
