Tanner was great ! He explained everything he was going to do ! Showed up about half an hour early and finished at the allotted time that was estimated. He also walked through the whole process. He had my carpets looking BRAND NEW ! Thanks Tanner !

I liked that there is new technology rather than just coating the carpet with soap and other chemical cleaners. Stains were removed that other companies tried to remove, but they continued to come back time and time again.

Carpet was not clean as other times as when I hire a service that uses orbital machines even after 2 cleanings back to back. Would still want my money back to pay for a proper cleaning b since I was advised that is the best that can be done. Two cleanings and I still have a gummy bear candy stuck on the carpet!!

I was very happy with the tile cleaning! However, the carpet cleaning to get rid of cat urine seemed to make the smell worse, not better. I know cat urine is a difficult issue, but other carpet cleaning companies were able to at least greatly decrease the scent for human noses.
Also, Tommy was quite a talker. Nice guy, but if he could have been out of my home 30 minutes earlier if he hadn't told me so many stories.

Always professional. Have used Zerorez for years, and have always been pleased with the cleaning and service. A bit pricey, but worth it.

To expensive for what was done! And I have a spot that wasn’t there before cleaning and looks like it was lightly bleached.

I like the promise that after cleaning with a wet product, our carpet will not get "more" dirty after you leave - the dirt won't stick to the wet carpet or come up from the nap after done. .
