Haircut was exactly like I wanted.
The Chattanooga location by Hamilton Place mall is amazing. I have 4 boys plus myself that come in there at least once a month if not more depending if I can take everyone at the same time. We walk in and everyone greets us with a smile! Feels like home...of course, we are kind of an unforgettable bunch...my boys are crazy! but everyone there genuinely makes the experience awesome each time. And I do consider it an experience, it't not just a haircut, we are thoroughly engaged with all the stylists...we will never go anywhere else and I am sure we are building a pathway for my kids too as they grow up to continue to go to SportsClips! I personally have been a client for over or right at 10 years. Thank you for the decade, unfortunately you have seen me lose my hair gradually as I get older...ha. But I was persuaded to buy the shampoo for hair growth. They took a pic and everything...so here's to more haircuts and prayerfully, thickening hair!!

I like how you can check in on line and select your stylist and see how long your wait is. I have a 5 year old grandson that loves Ms. Tracy at the Hamilton Place location in Chattanooga and will not go anywhere else.
Generally good haircuts. Service is always good. The check-In app is great. It saves me a lot of time and is usually accurate.
Skilled barbers that do excellent work. Please pay them more money to keep them employed. It seems there is new barbers there every time I go. Maybe I’m wrong.

Staci is one of those rare people who listen to what you say and cut your hair the way you want. I never say this out loud but my thought is I don't care how you would like to cut my hair, since I am paying I would like it cut the way I like. Staci did that and I will definitely be coming back to her.
Rarely have to wait very long. The stylists are always very friendly. Usually the cuts are great. Occasionally a stylist might miss the mark a little bit, but it's rare. And I love the MVP experience. I do wish it was easier to know exactly when the stylist you prefer is working so you can time your visits accordingly.
