This was my son's first time ever visiting a Sports Clips. The facility is very clean and things are very organized. The hair stylists didn't show favoritism and took clients in the correct order. It was a very relaxed environment and the online check in system is awesome. It is always nice to know how long you'll be waiting and the waiting list monitor provided just that and it was accurate. Ericka cut my son's hair for prom and he and I both were extremely satisfied. The staff always made sure to greet/acknowledge a client when they walked through the doors at this visit. We had a very positive experience.
