All the technicians who have come to my home have been professional and helpful. Samir Mujcic is the person who serves my home quarterly and he always goes above and beyond. In addition to excellent and timely normal service, he has also located a bees nest we hadn’t seen yet and saved us from getting stung and, on a different visit, he identified an entrance rats were using to get into our attic, helping the pest control folks coming from Arrow as well.
