James is the best pest control technician i have ever had. He knows his stuff and he knows bugs. He's like an investigator when solving problems. But , like me, he respects bugs for the interesting amazing creatures they are and i appreciate that - that is probably why he's so good at keeping them out of my house

I really like our technician, Samir, as he is kind and helpful. I would not changed my quarterly pest control, but have looked at other services for termite and wildlife pricing to see if I could reduce our costs. The pandemic has hit us pretty hard and we are senior citizens trying to budget. The price for the 2 services mentioned above are a bit high for us. While your quarterly monthly service is a lit higher than others, I would not change that!

When I called and described the service I needed to deal with the pests in my home, the associate was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed... thank God! She was very knowledgeable and provided step by step instructions for the service associate to treat my home. They too were very knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate the service they provided.
