I like the low stress environment for the kids to learn the game in a team atmosphere and real type game situations. Also to play on high quality golf courses is a huge positive.
My son really enjoyed this league. We tried another league, but we didn’t feel there was a close connection (team work). The coaches made every kid feel like they’re part of the team on the PGA jrs. My son enjoyed going to golf every time there was practice or a game. We were bummed that there isn’t a fall league in Buffalo. Maybe next year?

Giving kids tournament like experience with a fun format
The friendly competition between the teams. The coaches preparing each kid to give there best.
Great way to introduce kids to the game. Two kids of mine have participated and enjoyed learning and realizing the competitive side of the game.
Players must make decisions on their own without a coach or parent telling what to do. My grandson needed this to give him the confidence to meet others and to give his opinion on which shot to choose. Also he just enjoyed the golf and didn't worry about what his score was going to be. Nice experience, our 2nd year and hoping for another.
The program has really elevated my daughters love of the game!
Very fun for the kids
PGA Jr. League really gave my son the experience he needed to take his game to the next level. His coach was superb and the lessons he learned are invaluable as he goes into high school.

The PGA Jr. League was so many things to our son. He had WONDERFUL coaches, respectful and fun teammates, increased independence on the golf course which boosted his confidence, and he left loving the game even more than when he started. The PGA Jr. League was an excellent experience for the players and their families-thank you!
Lauren and Dan were amazing and patient. My daughter skills grew through practice and instruction. Her confidence is amazing now on and off the course.

Great introduction to the game. Cutting the yardage down for my daughters' and their teammates made it way less intimidating. Our coaches were great as well.
The format and team concept. The game is very difficult for youngsters. Two or three person scrambles allows them to feel more successful.

It was a great experience that is not taxing on kids individually. The only changes that can be made would be for the organization of the events, but that is all based upon each course and what they provide for tee times and the overall experience at their respective club.
