We loved our experience with Junior PGA. It was a wonderful way for new kids to get out there and learn the game of golf. I only wish there was at least one club offering a program in Albuquerque in the Fall. My daughter wants to keep playing!

I love the Jr PGA it has got to be the best sports environment for kids to be in. I would recommend it to all parents.
PGA Jr. League at Sonoma Ranch Golf Club was extremely organized. We all received information before hand and knew exactly where to go, what we were doing during each PGA Jr. League event. Practices and play days started promptly on time. First name removed's skills developed during this time due to the coaches that are involved and cared to see all the players succeed.
I would have to narrow it down to three critical likes:
1. My son enjoys the game of golf - he is growing in confidence, maturity and independence
2. My son has found a safe and completive sport where physical features are not selected by coaches, such as in youth football, baseball, basketball and soccer.
3. Thru the PGA jr league, my son has established realistic goals of continuing the sport of golf at high school and actually has a dream of playing collegiate golf - after that its a life long opportunity

I like that PGA Jr. League makes golf into a team sport. It's a completely different environment than traditional youth golf programs.

We like the supportive atmosphere that the coaches provide to all the Jr League players. It is a very positive experience for everyone. It is a very fun competition for the Jr League players to be a part of.

My boys loved it! They could have used more instruction though. They were happy they got to play a lot but didnt know how. They were told what do do but not how to do it. I think helping them with technique a little more would have been great.
