Our son learned a lot about his game and how to work to be better. The experience of playing in a tournament with his peers was so valuable; it allowed him to step outside his comfort zone and not only improve his golf skills but also his confidence.
It is the best way to get kids involved in golf. They love to play with other kids instead of mom and dad dragging them out.
Only negative is sometimes they have to sit out 3 holes so they can lose motivation. If they win or lose the first 2 holes then have to sit out the next 3 and time runs out (especially for younger kids) then they were out there the whole time to only play 2 holes. Seems like there should be a way to play the entire time

This has been a fantastic program. My daughter has a blast every week and the coach is super engaged with the kids.

We love the Oro Valley country club and especially Scott. He has made my 9 yr old love golf!
The PGA Jr. League was a fun way for our daughter to learn how to play “competitive” golf. She liked meeting and interacting with new kids. She learned a lot about the rules, etiquette and keeping score in a relaxed environment.
