The PGA Junior league was amazing for my 9-year-old boy. He enjoyed competing against himself and noticed that he was making improvements over the weeks.
I was hoping that he'd make some new friends I understand Covid makes this difficult. but he hasn't come back any of the practices or matches saying that he met someone new or even mentioned a name.
Well organized and kept the players interest without too much pressure.
The camaraderie and working together as a team both in pairs as well as a whole. My son enjoyed the extra practice and coaching. The format was also great for him as he is an older player and was able to mentor his younger team mates.

The facilities and staff at Lake Chabot Golf Course in Oakland work well for young people learning about golf. The weekly competitions were always something to look forward to and the coaching was impressive.

Jeff was a great organizer of the program. The kids had a blast and so have as good feeling about golf. It was open to folks of all skill levels. My son enjoyed it tremendously. Jeff is a great coach. He was organized and communicative to the parents. Great experience all around.
It is a fun and pressure free environment for kids to get introduced to golf and I highly recommend it to every parent that has a child with any interest in golf!

Coach Ron is amazing! He handles all levels of the kids in a positive and encouraging manner. It allows kids to all participate confidently, which is what we should be focusing on at this time!

It’s just a wonderful program. These kids learn so much about sportsmanship and the game. It’s competitive, but healthy. I love watching them run their own match—making calls, working through issues, etc. There’s a lot of learning among all of the fun they’re having!!
