The friends our daughter makes during the season and the teamwork she had while playing with various teammates.
We love it! However my girls were athletic to begin with so took to the sport much quicker than some kids in their age group. I recommend assessments by skills not by age as we have seen quite advanced kids of all ages to be better grouped
Great coach / golfer interactions.
Coaches provide thorough recommendations how to improve game and have fun.
Easy to find and multiple parking availability.
Relaxed, learning vibe ans focus on teamwork. Also quite inexpensive for the exoerience you get
It was such a team building experience! The kids are still getting together to golf even when it was over!
My grandson, who lives with us, has been involved a couple of years now, and he loves it. I like that it teaches him patience, discipline, etiquette, and that there is a dress code. Golf would be a great career for him.
Focus on sportsmanship and team play.
it was great to go to different courses and meet new kids
Great association and wonderful for young golfers especially this year with Covid 19
great format keeping a fun, low stress atmosphere.
great to have uniforms and teams
I love the team play and how it takes some of the pressure off on the young kids. I love the friendships developed through this game.
Great. My son loves it. I love it, and selfishly because I get to participate with my son.
Great environment for kids to lean how to participate in golf and to compete. The structure of best ball and the flags mean that all the kids participate and for the most part matches remain competitive to keep the kids engaged.
The Coaching!
Meredith ran a fantastic program with a LARGE group of young golfers, great work!!
Great opp for kids to learn the game and the rules and etiquette. My 8 year old loves the team nature and competition. The scramble format has helped as well
AWESOME.
Overall, great experience - thanks.
Was a great way for my son to start to learn and fall in love with the game!
Allowing kids to problem solve at such an early age.
Terrific program for kids who like golf!!
It's a well run league which makes it fun to be apart of.
This was our second year. Loved the format of the event.
What I didn’t like was my 9&7 year old sons were paired against much older kids such as 12 or 13 years old. Some were driving the par 4s. I explained to the boys life isn’t fair and this happens sometimes. They understood. However it would be more fun if kids could be matched up with kids of same ages or close to it.
Thank you

PGA Junior League is a wonderful way to ignite a kid's interest in the sport of golf. The scramble format is a perfect way to develop team building skills while sharpening one's knowledge of the game.
It was a great experience, even during the pandemic.
My daughter enjoyed competing and looks forward to playing again next season.
Golf is a great sport for my son. He did not enjoy any traditional sports as a very young child. He started golfing at 8 years old and really enjoys the individual challenges golf presents. The PGA jr league has made him a better golfer and allowed him to learn how to successfully play in a team format. It keeps him active year round.
Great program for our kids to get off the couch, meet new friends, and learn the game of golf in a competitive and friendly format.
Competitiveness and “team” concept
A fun opportunity for my kids to learn and play golf which helps me to get outside with them and spend time together.
My son is really enjoying the coaches, practice and games. It’s been a great experience.

PGA Jr. league at Almaden Country Club was a great experience for our kids this past summer. They learned a lot about how to play the game and the etiquette of the game of golf
