Beginner program, great at introducing kids to the game in a fun but still competitive environment. The kids love the shirts and playing as a team. It really works well when the more competitive kid's parents are not involved. The better players are also very good at encouraging the younger, less skilled players even when they're playing against them (sometimes their parents aren't as good at it).
