I love the fact that the league is so well run. Each golf professional involved is so positive and invested in teaching the game and making it fun. No pressure, no yelling, and the kids aren't left feeling defeated as in other youth sports. It's a very positive experience.
My kids loved playing golf with other kids their age. They are just starting out, so they got to experience the match play but it didn't feel like too much pressure for them. The coaches made practices very fun. I think both of my kids will continue to enjoy golf, and I'm hoping they'll want to play again next year.
The whole organization
I love everything about it, the tentativeness the coaches give the players. The great sportsmanship of each player. They are learning a skill set that not many people ever accomplish. Every game you can see improvements of each teammate. I would highly recommend getting your kids in this league. Great fun for the whole family.
Our PGA Instructor Andre Lacey has time and patience with our students. His learning style is fun and energetic.

PGA Jr. League was great! Both of my boys really enjoyed it. Their golf skills improved with great instruction, and they learned a lot about the rules of play from the matches.
Excellent program
We loved the coaching and the genuine care they have for my son. My son has learned so much and enjoys golf and his new friends. My son has matured a lot as a result of being around the men on the golf course.

Teaches young Golfers how to compete in a fair setting. It also provides insight into team competition which is rare in golf.
Our coach. Bill Fuami has been amazing. This our third year and it just keeps getting better. He makes the program so fun for all the kids.

Great introduction to competitive golf leagues
It's full golf experience without the stress of an individual tournament.
Everything! It was a fun way to introduce our daughter (who is six) to the game of golf. The team camaraderie was great as well having teammates anywhere from age 6 to 13 cheering for and encouraging one another. This was also a saving grace this summer in particular, in light of COVID-19 and the lockdowns everywhere. This restored a bit of normalcy to our summer and fall months. Last, but certainly not least, coach Patrick Last name removed of Achasta Golf Club in Dahlonega, Georgia did a phenomenal job of teaching, coaching, and ensuring that the kids had fun above all. We greatly appreciate this league and all that it represents!

My son had never played golf before but received excellent teaching and was able to competitively compete against the other boys and girls. It was a great way to spend our afternoon for several weekends this past summer.
