All that it provides for kids, families, and coaches. Fun competition for the kids, families love watching their kids play, and satisfying for the coaches.
The uniforms and numbers and names on the back
The amphitheater effect that allows the parents in carts to watch their kids
Being able to teach the Rules Of Golf and etiquette in a no pressure environment for the first time in the golfing industry in my opinion in a tournament environment
The flags because we use that to determine our MVP
This is one of the most brilliant programs for Junior Golf intro tournaments I’ve ever seen
Job well done Pga
The juniors absolutely love being a part of the team, enjoy the excitement of trying competitive golf for the first time but the support and friendship of their teammates. The parents love it also
Great program to introduce juniors to the game in a fun and competitive environment.
Great program for beginners to get their first taste of "competitive" golf on the course.
Uniforms are awesome! Format is great for all levels.
The format
It is a great way to energize kids to play golf
A perfect introduction to competitive golf. Appropriate yardages, easy atmosphere. Perfect way to meet friends
Everyone should be doing junior league. It’s a common practice in our industry.
It's the best program I've seen from taking kids who are just dabbling in golf to getting on the course to play. It's incredibly fun and uplifting and the parents can be a part of the experience as well which is awesome. It's one of the rare times I get to actually watch my players play golf.
Format, jerseys, team, players excitement 👍
Great opportunity for golfers to really get into the game competitively while not having the added pressure of tournament golf solely on their shoulders. The team aspect gets the kids involved and gives them an opportunity to make friends so they can play golf year round.
The juniors and parents love the team format. I love to get the juniors out playing, the scramble/match play/flags allows me to get more juniors playing on the course and getting around 9 holes.
It is a great asset to me and my junior golf academy. The support, website, info, scorecards, certificates and more.
And of course, Junko is the best!
PGA Junior League is great for the kids looking to learn the game. Not to stressful and very reasonable in price. A great way to learn the game and get instructional help from PGA Members.
Great environment for kids to learn the game and get exposed to competitive golf without to much pressure.
The format, the team building, the friends it creates.
Low pressure of the scramble format.
Kids working together, discussing shots, and encouraging each other during matches.
Parent involvement.
A perfect format to introduce kids to a big course, competition and comradery.
It supports both ages and abilities
GROUP COACHING!!! Thank you PGA Coach!
Great for your facility to promote , doesn't matter if private or public.
Structured well for new and novice junior golfers, a big win win for the families and gold courses
The camaraderie and experience for the kids with a teammate makes the format ideal for juniors learning to play on the course. It's a fantastic program for all skill levels of juniors.
The team 2 person scramble format, the jerseys with their names on the back, the fun the players have together, the new friends the players make, the excitement it creates which drives the players to improve and help their team, the TV coverage for the Finals - so many things it is hard to remember them all!
Junior league is very special - the beginners are so excited to try out competition in a welcoming environment
Thank you for the great support
Great format. Team atmosphere.
Parents get to participate.
The growth of the children and the smiles on the parents faces...
PGA Jr League is a great opportunity for Jr Golfers to connect with there club mates and play team golf. The ability to be competitive and have fun is awesome. The chance to play in house matches and away matches is a life long learning process not just about golf but life skills. Thanks in advance.

Great way to introduce competitive golf to a large group of juniors. It is fun, and easy to run.

What I really like about PGA Jr. League is that it creates a team environment in a sport that’s usually individual. It gives kids the chance to learn and grow together, build friendships, and enjoy the game in a fun, supportive setting. The scramble format makes competition less intimidating, so players can experience tournament-style pressure while still having their teammates by their side. It’s also an incredible way to introduce young golfers to the values of teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence, all while developing their skills on the course.
