Coach Testimonials
The team 2 person scramble format, the jerseys with their names on the back, the fun the players have together, the new friends the players make, the excitement it creates which drives the players to improve and help their team, the TV coverage for the Finals - so many things it is hard to remember them all!
Junior league is very special - the beginners are so excited to try out competition in a welcoming environment
Thank you for the great support

Parents get to participate.
The growth of the children and the smiles on the parents faces...
PGA Jr League is a great opportunity for Jr Golfers to connect with there club mates and play team golf. The ability to be competitive and have fun is awesome. The chance to play in house matches and away matches is a life long learning process not just about golf but life skills. Thanks in advance.

Great way to introduce competitive golf to a large group of juniors. It is fun, and easy to run.
I love that it gives kids another competitive option in golf. It’s especially helpful in teaching them about teamwork as many kids may advance on into high school golf and possibly college golf. It’s also much more enjoyable for the families who get to hang out on the golf course and spectate.
I think it is an amazing program that really brings the community together!
I love the team aspect and the friendships that are made. The uniforms are cool too.
The juniors love to have fun with their teammates, they can experience competition but in a very friendly and fun environment -
Its fun for the kids and the coaches as well as a great revenue stream for the course or an academy.

Team building
It gives children the opportunity to compete in a safe, low pressure way that will enhance their love of the game
Great way to get juniors started playing the game. The scramble format provides for a fun experience for all levels.
The kids love the format and competition
The juniors love it, the team format welcomes new juniors to the game, the precious friendships and sportsmanship with teammates and opponents. It is all awesome! My local director Junko Suzuki is extremely professional, efficient and supportive. She responds immediately and helps resolve any and every question quickly. Thank you,
Especially during Covid this provided us with the opportunity to give our juniors and their families a social experience in a safe, controlled environment. Our families that got to know one another are now scheduling parent junior tee times together. The camaraderie and team building experience for the kids this season was exceptional.
Easy to run and administer, flexibility to create it the way you want / need to based on course situation. Parents and kids love it. The only thing I think needs to be re-worked in the shipping and sending of materials and jerseys. It was such a tight window and some people choose to purchase last minute so they didnt have their items until week 2 of a 6 week league. If we can guarantee to get items shipped quickly and within a 2 day window maybe we can make sure everyone gets their stuff and there are no issues.
Other than that it was a great experience and we are looking forward to running leagues multiple seasons throughout the year!
Its a great way to learn golf

Working with the kids and their families!! Seeing kids improve over time into great golfers!
The PGA Jr. League has provided a way for me to reach out further into my community and get kids from all the neighboring areas involved with golf. I love that I can share my passion with kids of all skill levels and provide them a fun, competitive experience where they can learn and grow. Not no mention how fun it is to see the kids make new friends and then go out golfing together on their free time. There is no better way to grow the next generation of golfers than starting with the PGA Jr. League.
The format, the networking and our PGA Junior League Manager Junko is gift to the PGA of America. She is so helpful and connects each dot along our PGA Junior League Journey...what a hire by the PGA of America!!!
Gives kids a competitive environment, especially ones that aren’t quite ready for the next level.
The team format as well as the ability to pair younger inexperienced kids with older more experienced kids.
I love how the PGA Junior League brings families together and lets junior golfers build life long friendships.
Terrific way to build your business while creating an activity that brings together the community.
This is a great program that has a positive impact on our junior golfers and their families.
The program directors are caring, professional and offer great support.
Thank you. It is a privilege to participate.
